The Biden Administration has released numerous regulations impacting healthcare stakeholders, including the data exchange requirements of the No Surprises Act, interoperability and prior authorization, and electronic attachments. Consequently, WEDI plays a critical role in convening the industry to develop consensus-based responses to these government proposals while also identifying best practices and other guidance to assist in implementation efforts once regulations are finalized.
